Q. Where are you located? What do I do when I get there?
 
A.  We are located at:
1140 Carolina Street 
West Columbia, SC  29170

We are located near the Columbia Metropolitan Airport, across from the Skyline Club, behind Airport High School. Turn onto the John Hardee Expressway from HWY 302 and make your first right onto Biloxi Square.  You will pass the Skyline Club on your right hand side and see Columbia Meats, Inc. off to your right.  The building is one story white block.  Pull in through the front gate and drive around to the right side of the building.  Park your vehicle in one of the spaces along the fence.  You will see steps to our main entrance and a sign saying “Product Pick-Up”.
 
 
 
Q.  Do I need to bring a truck or someone to help me lift the product?

A.  No.  Our experienced loaders will put your order in your vehicle for you.  We will also take care to wrap and seal any and all items that are on ice or may leak.
 
 
 
Q.  What are your hours of operation?

A.  We are open from 7 AM - 3:00 PM Monday through Friday.  We close for some Holidays, so please call ahead on those days.
 
 
 
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A.  We accept Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash, and EBT.  No Checks are accepted.
 
 
 
Q.  Can I pay today and pick up later?  Do you accept payment over the phone?

A.  Yes. We can invoice you and take your payment ahead of time.  We will have your order ready whenever you tell us you are coming to pick it up.  We accept credit card payments over the phone as well.
 
 
 
Q.  Do your fish have bones?

A. No. All of our fish are fillets.  No Bones.
 
 
 
Q.  Do I want Skinless or Skin-On Whiting Fillets?

A. It is personal preference, but we have found that Skin-On holds this fish together better, when frying it.
 
 
 
Q.  Should I get my Beef Tenderloin peeled?

A.  This is personal preference, but removing the fat and silver skin makes cooking easier.  There is no extra charge for this service, but you do pay for the before peeled weight.
 
 
 
Q.  How many bones to a slab of spare ribs?  

A.  There are 13 bones.  The last 2 bones are smaller.
 
 
 
Q.  What is the difference between Hen Turkey Wings and Tom Turkey Wings?

A.  Tom wings are larger as they come from the Tom (or Male) turkey.  Hen wings are smaller because they come from the Hen (or female) turkey.
